We normally have in stock good quality affordable Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture and objects. Pictures, paintings, local maps, jewellery, silver and plate, porcelain, china, books and much, much more.

Look at the pictures in "The Shop" to get some idea of the range, or look at the other categories to see individual items.

We now have several dealers displaying their stock, alongside the owner John Donovan of Rumours Decorative Arts,with Moorcroft & Lea Stein brooches, and ourselves. Over the last six months we have been joined by three more ceramic dealers, giving an even wider variety of choice for collector's and present buyers.Pat Marr who was with us for some years just after we first open has rejoined us with an interesting range of small furniture and other items.Our most recent new dealers are Bukky Ajibola with vintage clothing and accessories, and Robert Calvert and Joyce Giddings, who have also rejoined us after a gap of some years with clocks, barometers, furniture and an eclectic mix of small pieces. Long standing dealers include Michael Spencer specialising in quality silver, including Russian items, perfectly complementing Fiona Zetter, Nick Whiting and Jan Sutcliffe who continue to offer that opportunity for something unusual.

Finally we have two notable jewellery dealers offering excellent value in both second hand and antique, one of whom also offers a very eclectic mix of gemstones, minerals and antiquities. With costume and other jewellery throughout the shop there is usually something for most people.

We ourselves try to offer a wide range of traditional antiques including furniture, ceramics, art and we usually have collectors items such as coins, medals, WWI memorabilia and so on, together with paintings, prints, antique maps and much more.

We do of course buy, from single items to collections or even full house clearances. We are always pleased to give a valuation and an offer to buy if of interest.
